Municipality of Lorne Road 32N Culvert Replacement on Lyle Creek (MEMO 2022 Spring Flood Site #92) The Work generally includes the removal of the existing crossings, and the construction and installation of a new three-barrel CSP culvert and associated works. The structure crosses over the Lyle Creek on Road 32N between Roads 46W and PR244 (Road 47W) in the Municipality of Lorne, Manitoba. Approximate GPS coordinates are UTM Zone 14U 5480214m N, 534812m E. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the minimum Bid Price plus a Consent of Surety to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the minimum Bid Price and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the minimum Bid price must be submitted with the Bid. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/05/13 02:00:00 PM CDT Every request for an interpretation shall be made in writing and forwarded to the address given on the Invitation to Bid. Oral discussions, unless confirmed in writing in an Addendum, shall not modify the Contract Documents or the Bidding Procedure. .3 Responses to inquiries made which, in the judgement of the Contract Administrator, require correction or clarification to the Contract Documents will be provided to all Bidders by issuing an Addendum.
