As of November 9, 2023, results are under evaluation. A. Consultant to conduct and submit bi-annual bridge inspection for SN 001-6011. B. Complete Phase I and Phase II design services based on the results of the bridge inspection. Anticipated construction items may include. 1. Replacement of the existing expansion joints. 2. Replacement of the elastomeric bearings. 3. Deck patching. 4. Deck scarification & micro silica overlay. 5. Vegetation removal. 6. Sidewalk replacement. The Consultant chosen will be tasked with the full design and creation of construction plans and technical specifications used to solicit bids from contractors for construction. Full Phase I and Phase II engineering per IDOT Local Roads guidelines will be required. The City of Quincy is seeking Statements of Qualifications from engineering consultants for design services for maintenance repairs to the existing bridge carrying North 18th Street over the BNSF railway and Cedar Creek. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City of Quincy reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All questions pertaining to this Request should be submitted though Vendor Registry on the City of Quincy’s website no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, October 6 th , 2023. Bridge inspection to be submitted by May 30 th , 2024. All Phase I and Phase II design services are to be completed by June 30 th , 2025.
