Grand County seeks to contract for the following Inspection, Maintenance, Repair and Monitoring of: Fire Alarms Backflow Prevention Kitchen Hood Fire Sprinkler Systems Fire Extinguishers HVAC Alarm Monitoring All inspections and testing to be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except as noted otherwise. Emergency service calls shall be responded to the same day the call is received. Non-emergency service calls shall be responded to within 24 hours of the day the call is received. Contractor is expected to provide on-call emergency services 24 hours per day/7 days per week. Contractor will be required to perform all testing and inspection services as required per law and to provide records of such results to customer. Contractor shall provide repair labor and parts pricing with proposal. Contractor shall provide copies of inspection, maintenance, and repair records to customer. All services shall be coordinated with Grand County prior to arrival to ensure the least disruption to regular business operations. Fire Alarms Audible testing of fire alarms in all locations shall happen outside of normal business hours, either weekends or weekdays during the early morning hours between 6:00am and 8:00am or evening after 5:00pm. Fire Sprinkler Systems Contractor will be required to inspect wet fire sprinkler systems at all locations, perform preventative routine maintenance, and make repairs as needed. Backflow Prevention Contractor will be required to perform backflow prevention inspections at only the following locations: Kremmling Fairgrounds, Flying Heels Arena, Grand County Judicial Building (3 valves), Grand County Administration Building (2 valves), Grand County Department of Human Services and Grand County Sheriff's Office. Fire Extinguishers Contractor will be required to inspect approximately 400 fire extinguishers at all County facilities, vehicles, and equipment. Kitchen Hood Contractor will be required to inspect a single kitchen hood located at the Grand County Sheriff's Office. HVAC Contractor will be required to operational assessment and analysis services, preventative and predictive maintenance and filter services for the HVAC units in the Grand County Judicial Building, Administration Building, Sheriff's Office and Animal Control. Alarm Monitoring Contractor will be required to monitor fire alarms, elevator alarms, elevator 2-way communications, and Treasurer's Office Vault (located inside Administration Buildings) alarm. Contractor will also be required to perform 24-hour test signals on all systems. Grand County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or cancel this request for proposals at any time without notice.
