Reference Number 0000329913 The City of Boulder is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms to provide Project Management Consulting Services in support of the City's Utilities Department (Utilities). Utilities is responsible for water, wastewater, and storm-water and flood management services within the city, and oversees both daily operation and maintenance of these systems as well as capital improvement program and associated project delivery. The city is committed to advancing key community priorities and conducts an annual work planning effort to identify projects and programs, and align resources. While budgetary limitations can often dictate the pace of implementation, there are times where staff availability is limited relative to workload and external project management support is necessary to supplement city staff and will help advance work efforts.
