**This is not an actual bid but a Request for information (RFI).** The Boulder City Council is desirous to investigate potential overflow sheltering options during periods of inclement weather, including potential daytime options. The City Council is seeking information from community organizations that could provide such services, bring together community resources and provide a facility to support these services. A copy of the Request for Information (RFI) may be obtained electronically.
