The area offered for lease is approximately 3.49 acres of buildable land and 2.23 acres available for site access from Williamson Way. Located at the Airport Industrial Park between Williamson Way and Sound Way. This central location has easy access to Interstate 5 (less than 1 mile to freeway on ramp), the Bellingham International Airport (0.9 miles to commercial/cargo terminal), and BNSF just miles away.
