Saving Project...

Site work and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in Rexburg, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

All work associated with this project shall be performed and completed in conformance with these Contract Documents, the construction drawings pertaining to this project, the City of Rexburg Standard Drawings and Specifications, and applicable Federal, State or Local requirements or as directed by the City Engineer. The project consists of upgrading existing City of Rexburg streetlights. The contractor will provide and install new LED fixtures on existing poles. All work contemplated in the Proposal and the Contract Documents will be completed to Substantial Completion on or before April 30, 2024. Each Proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in the amount not less than 100% of the contract price. A bid bond is not required. The City reserves the right to reject all proposals or any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bid Documents.
