The City of Eugene is seeking a consultant to assist in updating the Storm water Basin Master Plan to reflect our multiple-objective approach to managing storm water. Work will include updating the existing storm water hydrologic and hydraulic models and associated capital improvement project needs. Available Date : 09/12/2023 08:54:57 AM Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Proposal price. a performance bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Order amount. To include liquidated damages of [$150] per day for each day the good is not delivered as set forth in the contract, barring circumstances beyond Contractor s control. Notice of Intent to Award no later than November 15, 2023 Last date to request solicitation clarification or change September 27, 2023 by 4:00 PM Last date to protest solicitation October 1, 2023 by 4:00 PM. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
