The scope of work requires the development of a comprehensive Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) grant application for submission to the Oregon Office of Emergency Management (OEM) and FEMA Region X for review. See attached document for details. The University of Oregon (UO) is an AA/EEO employer and encourages the submittal of responses from Oregon based businesses including women, minority-owned and emerging small business enterprises.
