This Invitation to Bid (ITB) does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid. Project Description The City of Eugene intends to contract with an experienced contractor to provide site preparation for three lots prior to the World Athletics Championships in July 2022. Work will include site grading and landscape preparation, landscaping (sod, wood chip mulch), temporary irrigation, and plant establishment & re-establishment. The site is currently accessible to the public. Prevailing Wage Rates This solicitation is for a public works project which is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Est. is $100-$150k.
