The City of Eugene is requesting proposals from qualified consultant teams for landscape architecture, natural resource planning, and civil engineering services for an outdoor sports complex, natural area, and neighborhood park at Golden Gardens Park in northwest Eugene. The selected team will develop an overall master plan for the 223-acre park site, including a phasing plan, and materials refinement plan for the sports complex portion of the project and associated cost estimates. The team will also be responsible for public engagement activities and stakeholder outreach in partnership with City staff. The Master Plan must be complete by December 31, 2022. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time Award a contract to :-Cameron McCarthy Landscape Architecture & Planning As of June 11, 2024, this project has not yet moved forward. Bidding and construction will take place in the first quarter of 2027.
