Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to February 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The University of Oregon, Design and Construction office, a department within Campus Planning and Facilities Management, is soliciting Proposals for Architectural Services associated with the following: Project Name: Surge and Classroom Displacement Planning and Implementation; associated with the Heritage Renovation Project Project Description: The Project will be completed as part of the Heritage Renovation Project. The Heritage Renovation Project will fully renovate and restore historic University Hall and Villard Hall. The magnitude of the Heritage Renovation Project will require fully vacating both Villard and University Halls. The university is soliciting architectural services for assistance in planning for, and implementation of, temporary surge relocations, potential surge space enhancements, and permanent space moves for displaced uses, including displaced Registrar-controlled classrooms.
