The City of Beloit hereby gives notice that sealed bids for furnishing materials necessary for 2023 Street Lighting. All Bids shall be addressed to the Director of Water Resources and shall be enclosed in a SEALED ENVELOPE, marked with the name and address of the Bidder and marked 2023 Lighting Bid. The work for which bids are asked includes the following: APPROXIMATELY: 23 Sternberg Complete Lighting Assemblies, 68 Stenberg Lighting Fixtures, 10 Sternberg Decorative Base Shells, 1 Cooper Fixture on 1 Sternberg Pole Lighting Assembly, 5 Holophane Complete Lighting Assemblies, 3 Holophane Glass Globes, 2 Lumec Complete Lighting Assemblies, 1 Lumec Pole, and 1 Lumec LBC2 Decorative Base. All bidders shall bid in accordance with, and shall bid upon the bid forms included in the Contract Documents. The City of Beloit reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and to make the award in such a manner as said City deems right and proper for the best interest of the City. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening of the bids without the consent of the City of Beloit.
