lump sum bids for Bid Package #2 for the Town of Beloit New Fire Station #2 & Town Hall Offices, 1143 East Inman Parkway, Beloit WI 53511 -Bid Packages out for bid are as follows: BP#2- 04 Masonry; -06a Carpentry / General Trades; -06b Casework / Millwork; -07a Air Barrier: -07b Roofing & Sheet Metal; -08a Doors, Frames & Hardware; -08b Sectional Doors; -08c Aluminum, Glass & Glazing; -09a Drywall and Metal Framing; -09b Tiling; -09c Stained, Epoxy& Sealed Flooring; -09d Acoustical Ceilings & Treatments; -09e Resilient and Carpet Flooring; -09f Painting; -10 Signage; -12 Window Treatments; -21 Fire Protection Sprinklers; -22 Building Plumbing; -23 HVAC; -26 Electrical / Low Voltage; -32a Asphalt Paving; and -32b Landscape & Fencing. Town of Beloit reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept the bid from the lowest responsive, responsible bidder which is considered to be in the best interest of the Town of Beloit. All bids are to be in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders as noted in the Project Manual. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, and the successful bidder will also be required to furnish a 100% Payment and Performance Bond as noted in the Bid Documents.
