The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Approximately: 41 blocks of crack sealing along 11 road corridors, and miscellaneous items associated with above work and miscellaneous items associated with above work. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall be required to furnish both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond acceptable to the City of Beloit for 110% of the Contract Price for each of the above Bonds, in accordance with the requirement of the Contract Documents.
