Renovation of a museum in Beloit, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

SCOPE OF WORK: The work for which bids are asked includes, but not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the Re-roofing project at Beloit Historical Society Re-Roof located at 845 Hackett St., Beloit, WI 53511 respectively. The bid will include base work of new insulation and TPO roof on the flat roof sections. Alternates include exposed fastener metal roof and asphalt shingle roof. All work will be issued under a single prime contract for general construction. Under this bid package, Contractor shall provide the necessary trades, for which bids areasked including, but not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the construction of Beloit Historical Society Re-Roof. Base Bid to be 5,740 sq. ft. renovation of the existing low slope roofing with TPO roofing. Alternate #1: 2,400 sq. ft. renovation of existing low slope roofing with TPO roofing. Alternate #2: 2,025 sq. ft. renovation of existing low slope roofing with TPO roofing. Alternate #3: 2,885 sq. ft. renovation of sloped roofing with asphalt shingles. Alternate #4: 1,635 sq. ft. renovation of low slope (North side only) with exposed fastener metal roofing. Base Bid and Alternates to include to not limited to; General Building / Roof Demolition, TPO roofing and insulation, Asphalt Shingles and underlayment, Exposed Fastener Metal Roofing, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing. All work will be issued under a single prime contract for general construction. Commencement of Construction: April 8, 2024 ; Final Completion: August 2, 2024 BID REJECTION: Beloit Historical Society reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid or bids, which best serve the interests of the Beloit Historical Society. BID WITHDRAWAL: No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the schedule opening of the bids without the consent of the Owner or Architect. . Bidders shall bring inadequacies, omissions or conflicts to the Architect/Engineer's attention at least ten days before the date set for bid opening. Clarification will be supplied to all bidders of record by addendum.
