The scope of work includes the rehabilitation of approximately 6,479 linear feet of sanitary sewer main, the rehabilitation of approximately 95 linear feet of sanitary sewer manhole, and re-channeling of existing manhole base. Sewer main rehabilitation work includes but is not limited to: CCTV, cleaning and lining of sanitary sewer main mains with cured in place pipe (CIPP), disposal of existing liner, service reconnection, abandonment in place of existing sewer main, traffic control, and sewage bypass. Sewer manhole rehabilitation work includes but is not limited to: cleaning, grout injection, lining of sanitary sewer manhole, re-channeling of sewer manhole base, testing and replacement of manhole frames and covers. The Site of the Work is described as follows: Various locations throughout the Yorba Linda Water District service area. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, payable to the Yorba Linda Water District, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, shall promptly execute the Agreement, furnish a satisfactory Faithful Performance Bond in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, furnish a Labor and Materials Bond in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, and furnish certificates and any other documentation requested by the Owner evidencing that the required insurance is in effect in the amounts set forth in the Contract Documents.
