Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Sculpture is Cor-Ten steel construction by Ernest Trova titled Abstract Variation No. 2 with dimensions of 9' X 7' 11" x 14' 2" and is currently located at Creve Coeur Park, 13236 Streetcar Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63043. St Louis County is looking for bids on two options to have this work performed. Option A is County Parks employees deliver sculpture to offsite contractor location and picks up sculpture once completed. Option B is contractor picks up sculpture, transports it to their location and returns sculpture to Creve Coeur Park once they have completed restoration. Bid submittals from MBE/WBEs will receive a 5% bid discount applied for the review of their bid. The discount applies to all bids of $300,000 or less. The last day for questions September 11, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
