Located north of Dorsett Road and west of Interstate 270, in the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri. Contract consists of the construction of approximately 40 lineal feet of pipe sewers, varying in size from 18-inch to 36-inch in diameter and appurtenances to be constructed. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (District) has established subcontractor goals for Building Construction (21% MBE and 10% WBE) and Non-Building Construction (10% MBE and 10% WBE) in the amount of $50,000 or more. Workforce goal requirements of 37% Minority, 11% Women, and 46% Apprentice (when applicable) apply to contracts in the amount of $500,000 or more. The requirements are further explained in the attached Business Diversity Utilization and Workforce Program document. The Bid Proposal shall be prepared on a Proposal Form, provided by the District, in accordance with Section 2.3. FORM OF PROPOSAL of the General Project Specifications Bids not submitted on District provided forms will be rejected.
