The scope of work includes furnishing all of the materials, tools, equipment and labor to execute all necessary work to construct a four (4) feet wide concrete sidewalk along the south side of Glengrove Drive and Glenridge Drive within the City of Maryland Heights. Included in the project are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps that will be constructed at project street intersections which includes grading, curb ramps, sidewalks, retaining walls, driveways and paved approaches. In addition, the project includes the construction of one streetlamp with conduit, cable and lamp appurtenances. The project work will also include drainage, sodding, seeding, tree removal and protection, adjusting existing features and site restoration.
