Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of December 15, 2023, per owner, this project is in design phase. There have been no calls for construction as of yet. They don’t anticipate a letting date until summer of 2025. This timeframe is subject to extension. Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS), in accordance with RSMo. 8.285 through 8.291, will be used to determine the successful respondent. Note, St. Louis County Revised Ordinances 107.071 SLCRO, 107.400 SLCRO and 107.401 SLCRO are not applicable to the selection process for this contract. This contract provides for design and plan production for mill and overlay, base repairs, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements, and traffic signal improvements on Dorsett Road from Progress Parkway to Old Dorsett Road. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the project contact above no later than 9:00 a.m. on February 9, 2022. Failure to comply with the requirements of the RFQ may negatively impact the evaluation of the consultant's Statement of Qualifications. A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 16% has been established for this project. St. Louis County encourages DBE firms to submit as prime on any project for which they are qualified. Any sub-consultants needed to complete the professional services requested by St. Louis County must be listed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
