St. Louis County Project No. AR-1840, Federal Project No. STP-5523(625) consists of removal and replacement of deteriorated and/or damaged pavement, removal and replacement of traffic signal equipment, removal and replacement of sidewalk and curb ramps, pavement surfacing and texturing, superpave asphaltic concrete overlay, and other incidental items on Dorsett Road from Progress Parkway to Old Dorsett Road within St. Louis County in a workmanlike manner. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid. All checks shall be made payable to "Treasurer, St. Louis County."
