Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
As of March 4 2021 Ideal Landscape was awarded the contract. The contract was awarded for $1,343,764.10. They mobilized to the site 3/3/2021. **Per the owner, they require that contractors have participated in an apprenticeship training program. Certification form will be available with the other documents.** The scope of work includes installation of multi-use asphalt trail, grading, drainage, bridge over Fee Fee Creek and plantings.
