Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Shelby, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Christman Company is soliciting bids for the upcoming Shelby Public Schools - High School & Thomas Read Elementary School projects. The High School project consists of a track replacement, parking lot replacement, site signage, & an interior renovation of the 118,336 sq. ft. existing High School building. The Thomas Read Elementary School project consists of demolition of the entire North wing of the building & the build-out of a new main office/entry for the ECC wing. Both projects are currently scheduled to start in June of 2024 and be substantially completed by August of 2024.
