Renovation of an educational facility in Shelby, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovstion and site improvemets for an educational facility. As of October 30, 2024, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm constructionn timeline for this project has not yet been released. The Christman Company is soliciting bids for the upcoming Shelby Public Schools - Middle School project. This project consists of the interior renovation of an existing 75,287 sq. ft. Middle School, accompanied by improvements to the surrounding site (mainly parking lot and sidewalk enhancements). Pre-bid inquiries shall be made in an email addressed to josh.bachert@christmanco.com. Bidders shall not have any contact with the Owner or Architect during the bid period.
