The Project consists of Rehabilitating existing gravity sewers and manholes in the Lone Oak subdivision, including but not limited to: - Replacement of 686 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer - Extension of 34 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer - Abandonment of 188 linear feet of existing 8-inch gravity sewer - Install one (1) new manhole. - Replace four (4) existing manholes. - Abandonment of one (1) existing manhole. - Reinstatement of 2 service laterals ALL bidders must complete the "Base Bid" section of the bid schedule. All bidders must be on the plan holders list in order to place a bid. Sealed proposals for the Contract shall be clearly marked on the outside of the container.
