The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project is for the improvement of SR 209 located in Monroe County, Smithfield and Middle Smithfield Townships from Segment 0492/1000 to Segment 0560/0100 for a construction distance of 2.33 miles (12,302 LF). The project involves the resurfacing of SR 209 using the following items: asphalt milling, an asphalt overlay, base repair, pavement markings upgrade, guide rail upgrade, ADA ramp upgrade, and other miscellaneous items. All work is within the existing right-of-way and is 100% federally funded. This is an ECMS project. All Addenda will be electronically posted.The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to obtain a visitor pass on the 5th Floor and to be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room.
