Asbestos abatement and renovation of an educational facility in Plattsburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
Project Description: Work of the Project includes replacement of the asphalt shingle roof system (approximately 18 square) on the McKinley Cottage. Work includes abatement, chimney removal, some roof deck replacement, and new underlayment, shingles, flashing, and gutters. The Owner requires the Project to be substantially completed on or before November 30, 2023; and final completion on or before December 30, 2023. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all parts of bids at their sole discretion. A Non-Collusion Certificate must accompany the bid. Contractor's bids are irrevocable for period of (45) days after submission. The Board of Trustees intends to award the contract as soon as possible.
