Renovation of a municipal facility in Plattsburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Awarded Contractors: Plumbing Construction Phase to K&L Plumbing and Heating for a total of $17,174.00 Electrical Construction Phase to Triangle Electrical Systems for a total of $22,000.00 Mechanical Construction Phase to K&L Plumbing and Heating for a total of $12,500.00 General Construction Phase to Mid-State Industries Ltd. for a total of $1,439,711.00 The City of Plattsburgh is requesting sealed bids to complete major renovations to the roof and central dome structure of Plattsburgh City Hall. EPDM/Flat Roof replacement including edge, curb & counter flashing. Work to include removal and reinstallation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing fixtures/elements required to install new roofing system. Work to also require repair of existing dome, building limestone and skylight assemblies. All questions regarding this bid specification must be submitted via email to Shane Chatelle at schatelle@aedapc.com no later than Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. EST. Answers to all submitted questions shall be posted as an addendum to this bid specification no later than Thursday, November 16, 2023 on the City's bid page.
