This request includes the purchase and erection of a three-sided 50x80x22 metal building (pole barn) using steel beams. 50x40 of the building will also be constructed with a two sided 6' high exterior concrete retaining wall with a 6" thick 50x40 4,000 psi concrete floor. All concrete is to contain epoxy - coated rebar. The winning bidder will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and inspections needed to complete the project. Permit & inspection fees will be waived by the City. This contractor will be responsible for providing plans that have been engineered for footing, foundation, retaining wall, structure, and truss designs.
