As of December 14, 2023, bids received were rejected. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. This request includes the purchase and erection of a 4,950 square foot metal building. All bidders will be responsible for any necessary site preparation. The winning bidder must have a State of Tennessee commercial license and will be responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits and have all necessary inspections. All City of Portland levied permit fees will be waived by the City of Portland.
