The project includes, but is not limited to, prepping and painting all walls, bleachers, handrails, structural steel, concession area, storage area and ceiling. All bids must be made out on the Bid Form in the contract documents, and the Bid Form should not be detached from the contract documents. All bidders shall have the applicable licenses to perform the work as described in the contract and specifications within the State of Tennessee. All Bidders shall comply with the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976 and as amended (TCA Title 62). The City of Portland reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of City of Portland, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. Bids must remain in effect for (60) days after the bid opening date.
