All bidders will be responsible for any necessary site preparation identified on the construction plans. The winning bidder must have a State of Tennessee commercial license and will be responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits and have all necessary inspections. All City of Portland levied permit fees will be waived by the City of Portland.
