The lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. Bid Security Deposit, or an electronic Bid Bond or scanned copy of a Bid Bond, in Canadian funds in an amount equal to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000). If a Bid Bond was provided and the tenderer is awarded the Contract, an electronic Performance Bond and an electronic Labour and Material Payment Bond each equal to at least fifty percent (50%) of the value of the accepted Tender shall be supplied electronically to New Brunswick Power Corporation
