Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Salisbury, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town requires the services of an experienced and qualified contractor to complete the construction of construction of a new custom bandstand and storage building, associated site/landscaping work, and electrical upgrades as indicated in the attached drawings and specifications. The project includes, but is not limited to: o existing gazebo demolition o earthwork including excavation, trenching, backfilling, shaping/fine grading o topsoil and hydroseed restoration o concrete foundations, slabs, stairs and ramps o steel fabrication and installation for a custom amphitheatre and handrails o construction of a backdrop wall and wood framed storage building o new electrical service, lighting and associate work for the bandstand o electrical bollards throughout the existing park o stonedust trail o flagpoles and foundations o precast concrete unit paver walkways o precast stonework o precast concrete seat wall o natural stone boulders o tree, shrub and ornamental grass planting.
