Saving Project...

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Blackville, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The scope of work shall include the following: -Removal of existing light fixtures. All existing wiring to be reused. Existing conduits to be used if possible and if not capped. -Proper documented disposal of the removed luminaires. -Install new luminaires and accessories for a complete working system. - Reinstatement of ceiling tiles. Ensure all ceiling devices are restored to their original conditions. - Work of this Contract shall include the supply and installation of light fixtures, wiring, conduits, vacancy controls and all associated accessories A bid bond in a commercially reasonable form or an irrevocable standby letter of credit issued by a financial institution authorized to conduct business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule II chartered bank in the amount of at least 10% of the Bid Price and that shall be in effect until forty-five (45) calendar days following Closing Date. A surety consent indicating that, in accordance with section 5.18.1. of this ITT, the surety company will furnish the contract security which shall include a 50% performance bond and a 50% labour and materials payment bond of the Bid Price or a consent from the Schedule I or Schedule II chartered bank that an irrevocable standby letter of credit in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price will be furnished.
