The City of Fairhope is soliciting proposals for consulting services to provide FEMA Public Assistance Management Services for the City of Fairhope Utility's Damage Projects. This includes projects resulting from damages to the City's utilities, including Water/Wastewater, Natural Gas, and Electric. The consulting services must be performed in accordance with all applicable local, State, and Federal laws, regulations, executive orders, and FEMA requirements. Bidder Requirements: Bidders must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity laws and the provisions of the contract documents regarding equal employment opportunity. The City of Fairhope encourages the utilization of Minority Business Enterprises on this and all public bids. Submission Instructions: All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as "Sealed Bid" with the item name, bid number, City of Fairhope's name and address, and contractor's name and address. Bids made out in pencil will not be accepted. Bid Withdrawal: No bids will be considered for withdrawal for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of proposals without the consent of the City of Fairhope. Bid Tabulation: Once completed, a tabulation of the responsive and responsible bids will be available for public viewing on the City of Fairhope's website. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any portion thereof, and to waive informalities and to furnish any item of material or work to change the amount of the Contract, whichever is in the best interest of the City of Fairhope.
