The City of Fairhope is soliciting proposals to provide FEMA Public Assistance Management Services for the City of Fairhope Government Services. These services will cover projects related to debris removal, emergency protective measures, buildings, and more. The consulting services shall be performed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, executive orders, and FEMA requirements. It is intended to enter into a pre-event contract, resulting in no immediate cost to the City of Fairhope. Bidders must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity laws and the provisions of the CONTRACT Documents in this regard. The City of Fairhope encourages the utilization of Minority Business Enterprises on this and all public bids. Submission Instructions: All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as "Sealed Bid" with Item Name, Bid Number, City of Fairhope's Name and Address, and CONTRACTOR's Name and Address. Each bid must be in a separate envelope. Bids made out in pencil will not be accepted. Bid Withdrawal: No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of proposals without the consent of the City of Fairhope, Baldwin County, Alabama. Bid Tabulation: Once completed, a tabulation of the responsive and responsible bids will be available for public viewing on the City of Fairhope's website. the city reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any portion thereof, and to waive informalities and to furnish any item of material or work to change the amount of the contract, whichever is in the best interest of the city of fairhope. no bids will be considered unless the contractor, whether resident or nonresident of alabama, is properly qualified to submit a proposal for this type of work in accordance with all applicable laws of the state of alabama.
