**As of November 17, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** 2023 Citywide Resurfacing Project Bids shall be accompanied by BID Guarantee bond in the amount of no less than five percent (5%) of the BID made payable to City of Maryville, OWNER, and subject to the conditions provided in the INSTRUCTION FOR BIDDERS. Bidders are not required to purchase a set of bid documents, however the appropriate forms must be printed and filled out as described in the Instructions for Bidders The OWNER reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids. The work is to be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent(100%) of the contract price, each bond. Each Bidder shall be a licensed Contractor as required by the regulations of the State of Tennessee General Assembly's Contractor's Licensing Act of 1976, and all amendments thereto in effect on bid receipt date. License number, expiration date, and license classification shall be shown on outside of the envelope containing bid of the General Contractor.
