Sealed BIDS shall be marked in the lower left-hand corner: "Bid Documents: Town of Royalton Response to July 2023 Flood Event - Town Highway Group D Repairs" LOCATION: The project consists of repairs to and along three town highways located in the Town of Royalton. Group D Town Highways include: Frary Rd, Oxbow Rd, Harlow Rd. Repairs are identified by individual sites as provided within included Damage Inventory Log sheets. TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Work to be performed under this project may vary from site to site and will generally include: site preparation, including removal of loose, woody and deleterious material; replacement of damaged culverts including precast concrete headwalls; machine placement and compaction of riprap, stone-fill, filter base and other granular material; road subbase and base material; final surface preparation of the road surface; and incidental items. CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE: The Contract shall be substantially completed on or before November 17, 2023, unless cold, snow, or other weather conditions require a winter shutdown, with OWNER concurrence.
