Renovation of a medical facility in Summerland, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Replacement of the generator, transfer switch, fuel system, feeders, distribution centres and associated work to provide a complete working system. The new Generator will be placed on the existing fuel tank pad. The existing generator and fuel tank is to be removed and scrapped as part of this project. The Contractor is to provide a full fuel tank at the time of Substantial Completion.
