This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the District of Summerland to prospective Proponents to submit non-binding Proposals for the supply and delivery of the primary clarifier mechanism equipment, including components, parts, certified shop drawings, installation instructions and supervision, operation and maintenance manuals and start-up and training services. The Contractor should be prepared to commence work immediately after the Agreement is awarded and deliver the equipment by the January 6, 2025. The warranty shall be for a minimum period of two (2) years from start-up or 30 months from time of equipment shipment (date of arrival on site), whichever comes first.
