The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor,transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to demolish 7 vault toilets and 1 Information Center at the Lakeside Campground, 5 toilets of the 7 toilets, have been listed as containing asbestos in the mastic around the vent pipes on the roof (See Drawings Sheet 3, Attachment 003, 004 and SOW). Scott's Reservoir has 2 vault toilets, sidewalks, and partition walls to remove. All work shall be in ac-cordance with the plans and specifications contained herein. C.2 - OF PROJECT The Lakeside Forest Service Campground is located on Lakeside district and is along HWY 260/White Mountain Blvd. The District Rangers Station Address is as follows. 2022 W White Mountain Blvd Lakeside AZ 85929 The Campground is directly across the street. The Scotts Reservoir Campground is located approximately 2.5 miles north off, Porter Mountain Rd and NSFR 45C in Lakeside AZ. This is on the Lakeside Ranger Dis-trict.
