As of 09/30/2025 - Per Onwer - I am providing official notice that the Porter Creek Domestic Water Improvement District Well project has been canceled. The DWID will not be receiving or evaluating bids at this time. This project may be readvertised and the DWID may receive bids in the future. Bids for furnishing of all labor, material, and services to drill a well. Work will include drilling a new well, testing the well,and registering the well with Arizona Department of Water Resources. Questions about the bid packet and the process may be directed to Mr.Jarvis. The DWID reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to withhold the bid for any reason, or to waive anyinformality in any bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for theopening thereof, and each bidder shall be a properly Arizona licensed contractor. The contract, or any partthereof, shall not be sublet to a subcontractor who has not paid taxes as provided by Section 34-214B of theArizona Revised Statutes.A Non-Collusion Affidavit as provided in A.R.S. 34-243 is required of all bidders, and failure to provide saidaffidavit is grounds for disqualification of bid. All contractors shall comply with all state, federal and localgoverning laws. QA date - 9-25-2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding or Contract Documents shall be submitted to Mr. Jarvis in writing. In order to receive considerations, questions must be received by Mr. Jarvis at least five work days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
