The project scope consists of the following work items: a.i.1. Install a nominal 10-inch OD conductor surface pipe to a minimum depth of 20-ft below surface with low-carbon steel as determined by the owner. a.i.2. Continue to drill a 9-7/8 hole (no casing) to the top of the aquifer bearing strata (Coconino sandstone) which is approximately 440 feet below surface, and penetrate the Coconino sandstone approximately 15 feet. a.i.3. Provide down-hole pump for Testing and Analysis. a.i.4. Drill deeper with mud to a target depth of 485 feet, set blank 8 low carbon steel casing to depth of aquifer bearing strata (Coconino sandstone), set 6 screened PVC casing for balance of hole depth, grout annular space and complete well. a.i.5. Obtain the required Regulatory Approvals and Permits a.i.6. Provide equipment, Materials and Labor for Drilling a.i.7. Remove and Dispose of Temporary Casing, Cuttings, and Drill Fluid a.i.8.
