Memorial Park hardbell Field Irrigation System Replacement Town of Simsbury seeks a qualified irrigation contractor to replace the irrigation system at the Memorial Park Hardball Field. 52 Plank Hill Road, Simsbury. The awarded contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, transportation, and services necessary to furnish and install the irrigation system describe herein. The work area must be kept clean and free of hazards at all times. Removal of all the current irrigation heads and valves should be included as part of the project. All work will be done Monday through Friday. No work shall be performed on State or Federal holidays unless with prior approval from the Director of Culture, Parks and Recreation Department. Work shall be completed with minimal impact to the facility users. Work in this section consists of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install the irrigation system as indicated on the plans and includes, but not necessarily limited to: Lawn system automatic controller and remote control valves, the proper execution of the work, including trenching, boring under driveways, walks, and curbs, installation of pipe sleeves, and backfilling.
