The Elkton Maintenance Facility has a total of 27 overhead doors. Sylmar satellite facility has 3 overhead doors. Wards Hill satellite facility has 2 overhead doors covered under this agreement. There are also a variety of entrance doors at each location to be covered excluding locks. Door sizes run from 8' x 10' to 20' to 13'. All bay doors are sectional overhead doors on tracks. Addresses: Elkton Maintenance Shop: 2024 E Old Philadelphia Rd, Elkton, MD 21921 Sylmar Satellite Facility: 909 Telegraph Rd, Rising Sun, MD 21911 Wards Hill Satellite Facility: 625 Cecilton Warwick Rd, Cecilton, MD 21913 Small business reserve request to quote preventative maintenance and repairs to the overhead doors and entrance doors at the Elkton Maintenance Shop and two satellite facilities located in Cecil County for up to 3 years. Pricing is based on material cost plus labor hours, both regular rates and emergency rates outside of normal hours. Please mail in your bid. Do not email, fax, upload, or call-in your bids.
