The work, Skunk Creek Bridge Replacement Project, Michigan Dept. of Natural Resources Forestry Division, includes soil erosion and sediment control, temporary water control of Skunk Creek, removal of an existing failed bridge, including abutments, and temporary bridge, excavation for installation of a new abutments, wing walls and lagging system and installation of pre-engineered timber bridge meeting design requirements for HS-93 Modified Loading, backfill as depicted in the design documents, reconstruction of Skunk Creek Road, guardrail installation and site restoration. Contractor to submit bridge design to engineer for approval.
