The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Mobilization and Insurance Remove existing pool block coping and replace with new coping and grout (Tedder Stone, ~85 LF) Repair damaged concrete underneath pool block with Ardex CD fine or approved equal Repair all spaulding, chipped, and cracked concrete areas (approx. 5 SF) Re-caulk cracks with Sica Flex 1A or approved equal (approx. 280 LF) Clean and power wash entire skatepark Reseal entire skatepark with etching sealer (approx. 8,000 SF) The anticipated substantial completion date is May 23, 2024 and final completion date is June 14, 2024. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. a. Remove existing pool block coping and replace with new Tedder Stone coping and grout. b. Re-caulk cracks with Sikaflex 1A or approved equal. e. Clean and power wash entire skatepark. f. Reseal entire skatepark with etching sealer. g. This specification for the project described work is a "Performance" specification. It is intended to establish the design criteria for the work. The Contractorshall assume full responsibility for the design and work to be able to warranty all work completed for one year after completion. h. Before submitting a bid, itshall be the responsibility of the Contractor to visit the site and verify all existing conditions affecting the work of this project. The Contractor shall adapt new work to fit all existing conditions and meet with all approval governing bodies. Failure to do so will not result in award of additional payment, for it is to be understood that submitting a proposal carries with it the agreement to furnish a system whole and complete, ready for test and operation and duly approved by agencies have authority. i.
