Site work for a civil project in Chincoteague Island, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal isto establish a contract through competitive negotiation for a project to construct pile supported foundations required to support inert gas tanks, lightning protection, and deluge containment; housekeeping pad to support a deluge fill skid along with water main tie-in, piping, fill skid fabrication, and 78" riser flange; lightning protection poles with FAA lighting, powerdistribution to site; and site work including an aggregate section and storm water connections. RFP #24.200300-040-015 The project is located on NASA Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA Questions may be submitted no later than 12/5/23, 5:00 PM EST. Anticipated Construction Milestones a. See Attachment F - Schedule b. Entire Scope Completion: 09/30/24 Compliance with employee wage rate determinations required by governing authorities and specified within the Contract Documents VCSFA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; or to select the proposal that in the VCSFAs judgment, best accomplishes the purpose of the request.
