Charlotte Douglas International Airport is establishing a PCC Slab Replacement Program. This program will include the rehabilitation and replacement of various airfield PCC pavement slabs that will be identified by the Owner. The intent of this solicitation is to select a company to provide rehabilitation and replacements utilizing selected construction materials for specific projects at various locations on Airport property on an as needed, Task Order basis during the duration of the scheduled contract. The Scope of Services requires the contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and services, and perform and complete all work in an efficient and workmanlike manner necessary to complete construction of the PCC Slab Replacement Program. The City, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this Invitation to Bid, businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age or disability in consideration for an award.
